1. Data We Collect

When you contact us through our website forms, we receive the name, email, organization, and message you provide. This website does not collect or store any medical images or patient records.

For RSNA 2026 meeting requests, we also receive your country or region, visitor role, topics of interest, optional job title and phone number, and preferred meeting day or time. Cloudflare processes the human-verification response. Google Apps Script emails the request to [email protected] and records it in a private Google Drive spreadsheet so our team can follow up. Please do not submit patient information or medical images.

2. How We Use Data

Contact data is used solely to respond to your inquiries and share product information; we never share your data with third parties for marketing without consent.

3. Analytics (Google Analytics)

Google Analytics (GA4) loads only after you accept analytics cookies. Its first-party cookies distinguish browsers and sessions. You can withdraw consent at any time through Cookie settings; refusing does not affect access.

Analytics cookies include _ga and _ga_*, configured to last no longer than 180 days. Essential local storage remembers your language and cookie choices; the cookie choice expires after 180 days. Cloudflare security checks may use cf_clearance, and the RSNA request form uses Turnstile to prevent abuse. YouTube loads only when you choose to play a video, after which YouTube may process device and network data.

We protect your data with reasonable technical and administrative measures; contact data is retained only as long as needed.
